These terms govern your use of VisibleAI, a service operated by EasyVault. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

What VisibleAI is

VisibleAI is a diagnostic and analytics tool. It measures how AI assistants respond when a real customer asks buyer-intent questions about your business, and surfaces issues that may affect whether those assistants cite you.

No guarantee of placement

We do not, and cannot, guarantee that your business will appear in AI answers. There is no submission portal, paid placement, preferred-listing program, or any other mechanism to make an AI assistant cite a business. Anyone claiming otherwise is misinforming you. Our fixes and recommendations are designed to improve the probability that assistants cite you; they do not guarantee it.

Results vary

AI outputs are non-deterministic: the same prompt can return different answers between runs, and models change as their providers update them. Every score, grade, and competitor comparison we produce is a point-in-time estimate based on a sampled set of responses. Scores can and will move between scans. We do not represent them as guarantees of accuracy or as a permanent measurement of your visibility.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Entitlements (Full Report, Monitor, Agency) are limited to what your active plan includes at the time.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt to overload it, reverse-engineer it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unlawful, misleading, or infringing content. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Payment and billing

One-time Full Reports and subscription plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; see our Refund Policy for details.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. VisibleAI and EasyVault are not liable for business decisions made based on scan results, for lost profits, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Where limitations are not permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
