A scan asks AI assistants a fixed set of questions about your business and category, several times each, and scores the answers.

Monitor weekly re-scan
Automatic, once a week, one business
Not counted
The automatic weekly re-scan of your monitored business does not count toward your 4 extra full scans a month. Only scans you start yourself do.
- Monthly allowance. Monitor's 4 extra full scans reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC). Unused scans do not roll over. A scan that fails does not use one up.
- Full Report re-scans. A $39 report includes 3 re-scans of the same business within 60 days of purchase. A re-scan that fails does not use one up. Action statuses and notes you save show again on a re-scan's report wherever the same fix appears.
- Free scans. Signed in, you can run up to 3 free scans in any 24 hours and 10 in any 30 days, across all your businesses. A free scan that fails does not count.

- Cancel at any time from your account.
- Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
- The current period is not prorated or refunded.
- You will not be charged again after cancelling.
$39 Full Report
- Refunded in full if the scan fails or returns no usable results because of a problem on our side.
- Not refundable once a completed report has been delivered to your account.
- If a paid scan fails, we re-run it or refund it, whichever you prefer.

The free scan shows you have a problem. The report shows exactly what's causing it and how to fix it — every prompt, every AI response, and a prioritised action plan with step-by-step fixes.
Does one Full Report cover all my businesses?

Monitor re-scans one business every week, keeps its history so you can see the trend, and emails you when its visibility changes. It also includes 4 extra full scans a month of any domain; the weekly re-scan never counts toward them.
Can I cancel Monitor?
Yes, at any time from your account. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Can you guarantee I'll appear in ChatGPT?
No, and nobody can. There is no paid placement in AI assistants. We diagnose what's blocking you and fix what's within your control.
